northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
.DAY ONE…THROUGH TONIGHT…
Hazardous travel conditions will remain possible as temperatures
fall into the lower to mid 20s and residual snow or moisture
freezes on area roads. Black ice will be most likely along and east
of Kansas Highway 25, where snow accumulations were greatest.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY…
Hazardous fire weather conditions will be possible in eastern
Colorado Sunday afternoon, mainly north of Interstate 70.
A fast moving storm system will move through the central High Plains
early next week. Accumulating snow and breezy winds may impact
travel Monday night into Tuesday.
