Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT…

A few strong to severe storms may move into eastern Colorado this
evening. The primary threats will be wind gusts to 60 mph, hail to
the size of quarters, and torrential rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY…

Late afternoon and evening thunderstorms will remain possible each
day through Wednesday. A few severe storms cannot be ruled out.
There is a chance for locally heavy rainfall and possibly some flash
flooding late Saturday afternoon through about midnight for the
entire area.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotter activation may be required in eastern Colorado this evening.
