YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Northerly wind gusts up to 40 mph may create difficult travel conditions for high profile vehicles this afternoon, mainly on east west routes in eastern Colorado and far western Kansas.  Wind chill readings will fall into the single digits late this evening and overnight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Light snow is expected across portions of the Tri-State area on Thursday, mainly along and north of Interstate 70 between sunrise Thursday morning and sunset Thursday evening. A dusting to one inch of snow accumulation is possible. Widespread and or significant impacts are not anticipated.  Well below zero wind chill readings and near record low temperatures are possible during the early morning hours on both Friday and Saturday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
