Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

There will be a slight chance of afternoon and evening showers
and thunderstorms mainly over the mountains. The storms will
produce light to moderate rain showers and wind gusts to 40 mph
and with occasional lightning. The plains should be mostly dry.
Temperatures will remain above seasonal normals.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday

Warm and mainly dry weather is expected over the forecast area
through most of the extended period. There will be a chance of
afternoon and evening thunderstorms each day, mainly over the
mountains. It will also be breezy over the mountains, with strong
winds gusting as high as 60 mph possible over the higher
elevations of the Front Range for a few hours on Tuesday.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
