Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…This Afternoon and Tonight

Northwest winds will gust up to 50 mph over the higher elevations
of the Front Range and occasionally down the east slopes as far as
the Peak to Peak highway, Idaho Springs, and into South Park along
US 285. The winds will cause localized blowing snow at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday

It will remain windy over the mountains and higher foothills until
mid-week. Temperatures will be near to slightly below seasonal
normals, with no precipitation in the forecast.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
