WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Cloudy skies continue today. Precipitation becomes more widespread this evening; Light snow will occur for most areas with the heaviest south of I-70. Except up to 4 inches over sections of southern Lincoln and Park counties.  A Winter Weather Advisory continues for southern Lincoln county tonight through 5 AM Thursday. Hazardous travel conditions are possible across portions of I-70 due to slick and snow covered roads tonight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  A storm system will move across New Mexico on Thursday bringing a good chance of snow to portions of the east central plains in the morning. The snow should then decrease in the afternoon. At this time, any snow is expected to be light and mainly across Elbert and Lincoln counties.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected through tonight, however any snow reports will be appreciated.
