This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow will continue over the mountains through tonight. Roads will remain snow covered and slippery in the mountains tonight and into Monday morning. In addition to the snow, gusty winds are producing blowing snow which is helping to reduce the visibility. West winds will increase by this afternoon with 30 to 40 mph gusts. Over the higher elevations and east slopes of the Front Range, gusts up to 75 mph are possible through tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Scattered alpine snow showers will linger over the higher peaks on Monday, with dry conditions for the rest of the forecast area. Very light additional snowfall accumulations can be expected. Dry and warmer weather is expected for all areas through Thursday. The next system will bring snow to the mountains Friday and Saturday with a chance of snow for the plains those two days. Temperatures will cool to below seasonal normals on Friday and Saturday after the passage of cold front Friday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
