.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT…
Fog is expected through the early morning hours Tuesday, mainly along
and east of US Hwy 83. Locally dense fog is possible with visibility
down to one-quarter mile. Travelers should use caution as visibility
may rapidly change, especially along the Interstate 70 corridor.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY…
Wednesday… Near-critical fire weather conditions are expected in
the afternoon along and west of a line from Yuma, Colorado to
Goodland, Kansas to Gove, Kansas.
Thursday… Elevated fire weather conditions are possible in the
afternoon along and west of a line from Flagler, Colorado to Tribune,
Wintry weather returns to the area Thursday night through Friday
morning and again Friday night through Saturday morning. At this
time little if any snowfall accumulation is expected Thursday night
through Friday morning with perhaps up to an inch of accumulation
Friday night through Saturday morning.
