Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT…

Areas of fog are expected along and west of Highway 83 this morning.
Patchy dense fog will be possible for a brief period around and
shortly after sunrise.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY…

Strong northerly winds, snow, and blowing snow will be possible
across portions of the Tri-State area Thursday into Thursday night.
Wind chill readings as low as 0 degrees will be possible late
Thursday night and Friday morning. Residents and travelers are
encouraged to pay close attention to the forecast as the week
progresses.
