Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT…

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for southwest Nebraska
and portions of northwest Kansas mainly along/east of Highway 25 for
the morning hours. Freezing drizzle will affect these regions during
this time.

Locations not in the Advisory could see some light patchy fog or
freezing drizzle develop. The fog could be dense at times with
visibilities approaching one half to one quarter of a mile.

Roadways may be slick due to wet and slushy conditions, freezing
drizzle or fog.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY…

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotter activation will not be needed. We would appreciate snowfall
reports and reports of dense fog via telephone and social media.
