Friday and Friday night a mixed bag of precipitation type may occur.
Snow may change to rain for part of the Tri-State Area Friday
afternoon then back to snow or possibly freezing drizzle during the
evening. Confidence in the precipitation type is low to moderate.
Snowfall amounts of one to around four inches are forecast. The main
impact will be slick roadways from the snow and any ice on bridges
