conditions associated with snow covered roads will persist for
several hours after sunrise. With sunny skies, road conditions are
expected to improve as temperatures rise later this morning.

A quick-hitting low pressure system will affect the Tri-State area
late this weekend. Heavy precipitation and strong northerly winds
will be possible in association with this system, mainly on Sunday.
