This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
Temperatures will fall into the single digits above zero for much of
the Tri State region overnight, especially in areas where snowfall
occurred today. Southerly winds around 10 to 15 mph, and combined
with the expected low temperatures, could give wind chill readings as
low as -10 to -15 into Friday morning.
Additionally, a period of freezing fog cannot be ruled out around,
or shortly before, sunrise Friday morning.
