Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT…

Temperatures will fall into the single digits this evening,
particularly across portions of northwest Kansas and northeast
Colorado where 1 to 3 inches of snow fell earlier today. Cold
temperatures and 10 to 15 mph southerly winds will result in wind
chill readings as low as -10 to -15 degrees tonight and early Friday
morning.

Additionally, a period of freezing fog cannot be ruled out around,
or shortly before, sunrise Friday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY…

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
