This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through Tuesday evening for
all but Greeley and Wichita counties. Light to possibly moderate
snow will move across the area from the west. Snowfall accumulations
of a few tenths to two inches are expected. Some patchy areas of
blowing snow will be possible.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY…
Light snow will continue through Tuesday evening before ending from
west to east. Additional snowfall accumulations of one half to three
inches are expected with total accumulations ranging from one to five
inches. Some patchy areas of blowing snow will be possible Tuesday.
Wind chill readings below zero are expected Monday night into
Tuesday morning and again Tuesday night into Wednesday morning,
mainly along and west of the Colorado Kansas border.
