YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  Scattered storms developing in Colorado will track east toward Kansas and Nebraska late this afternoon and evening. A few severe storms are possible, mainly in eastern Colorado and nearby Kansas and Nebraska border counties between 5 PM and 11 PM MDT. Damaging wind gusts up to 70 mph are the primary hazard. Torrential rainfall, localized flooding, an isolated instance of quarter to half dollar size hail and localized reductions in visibility (to 1 mile) in blowing dust are also possible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A few severe storms are possible Wednesday afternoon and evening, mainly in eastern Colorado and nearby Kansas border counties. Wind gusts up to 70 mph are the primary threat. Impacts include, but are not limited to, damage to property and crops.  A daily potential for late afternoon and evening storms may continue through the rest of the work week.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
