YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 10 PM MDT this evening for portions of eastern Colorado, northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska, mainly along and west of Highway 27. The primary hazards are wind gusts up to 75 mph and blowing dust with visibility below 1 mile. An isolated instance of quarter to golf ball size hail and localized flash flooding are also possible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  On Friday, a few severe storms are possible again during the afternoon and evening hours, mainly along and south of Interstate 70. Thunderstorm coverage may be less than today.
