 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Severe thunderstorms may move across towards the Tri-State border after 6 PM MT. Wind gusts of 60 mph and patchy blowing dust reducing visibility under 1 mile, and hail up to 1 inch are the main hazards. Low visibility in blowing dust can cause hazardous traveling conditions.   .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Severe thunderstorms may move across the area Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Wind gusts up to 70 MPH, patchy blowing dust reducing visibility under 1 mile, and hail up to 1 inch are the main hazards.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
