YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms will develop across the area after 3 PM MT this afternoon. Additional thunderstorms may move out of western Nebraska and across the area tonight. A few severe storms will be possible, mainly east of a Yuma, Colorado, to Colby and Gove Kansas line. Large hail and damaging winds will be the main hazards. Locally heavy rain and flash flooding will also be possible,especially in areas that received heavy rain Thursday night. Severe storms will be possible Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. Scattered storms are expected to develop in northeast Colorado after 3 PM MT and move east into Kansas and Nebraska after 6 PM MT. Large hail and damaging winds will be the primary hazards.   .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
