YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  Severe storms are possible across the entire area Saturday afternoon and evening, mainly between 3 PM and 10 PM MDT. 1 to 2 inch hail, 70 mph wind gusts, a few tornadoes, blowing dust and localized flash flooding are all possible. These storms may pose a significant risk to life and property. Outdoor events are especially vulnerable.  Additional thunderstorms may develop over portions of northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska late Saturday night into Sunday morning. Heavy rainfall and a few instances of large hail are possible.  Isolated severe storms capable of producing large hail and damaging winds are possible Sunday afternoon and evening, mainly between 2 PM and 9 PM MDT.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
