 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Winds from the northwest may occasionally gust into the 50-60 MPH range before noon Thursday across the Tri-State Area. Patchy blowing dust will reduce air quality and may drop visibility to less than a mile at times. The winds and dust may cause hazardous driving conditions.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
