YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  A severe storm or two is possible this afternoon and evening. The main threats are hail up to half dollar in size, wind gusts up to 60 mph, and localized blowing dust. These threats may pose a hazard to property and would interfere with outdoor holiday events should they occur.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Tuesday sustained winds up to 45 mph are possible, localized blowing dust in eastern Colorado may reduce visibility to less than one mile. Traveling may become difficult especially for high profile vehicles.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
