This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... No hazardous weather is expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY... Wednesday, a Fire Weather Watch is in effect for counties along and west of Highway 83. Relative humidity possibly as low as 10 percent and wind gusts up to 45 mph may lead to increased fire danger. Fires may spread very rapidly. Wednesday afternoon winds from the south gusting 30 to 45 MPH and dry conditions may lead to blowing dust. Blowing dust will reduce air quality and may reduce visibilities to less than a mile across the Tri-State area. There is also a small chance for severe storms Wednesday afternoon across most of the Tri-State area. Main hazards will be damaging hail and winds up to 60 MPH. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
