 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Yuma, Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado have been upgraded to a Freeze Warning for Friday night into Saturday morning. Elsewhere a Freeze Watch remains for Friday night into Saturday morning. Temperatures dropping into the low 20s will damage vegetation and unprotected waterlines.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
