A Red Flag Warning has been issued for the entire Tri-State area today. Dry and breezy conditions will allow fires to quickly spread.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  A Freeze Watch has been issued for the entire Tri-State area for Friday night into Saturday morning. Temperatures dropping into the low 20s may damage vegetation.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
