YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A Fire Weather Watch has been issued for Tuesday for Cheyenne county Colorado along with Wallace, Logan, Gove, Greeley and Wichita counties. Southwest winds gusting to 40 mph and humidity in the low to mid teens could lead to rapid fire growth.  There is a 30 percent chance for multiple hours of critical fire weather conditions across Yuma, Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties on Thursday with very low humidity in the single digits and wind gusts around 30 mph. Fires would have the potential to grow quickly in those conditions.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
