Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT…

Fog, possibly dense, with visibilities near one quarter mile is
anticipated after midnight through sunrise Friday morning east of
Highway 25.

During the afternoon strong to severe thunderstorms may form along
the stationary front in East Central Colorado. Large hail up to golf
ball size and wind gusts up to 60 MPH will be the primary threats.
The window for severe thunderstorms will be between 2 PM and 8 PM
MDT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY…

Saturday afternoon and evening will have a chance for severe
thunderstorms along the stationary front in East Central Colorado.
Hail up to half dollar size will be the main threat along with
damaging winds.

Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
