Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT…

A Dense Fog Advisory is no longer in effect for southwest Nebraska
and areas in northwest Kansas along and east of Highway 25.
Visibility could still drop to less then 1 to 3 miles at times in
some localized areas into sunrise, that could affect area travel.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY…

Wintry precipitation will be possible across portions of the Tri-
State area late Thursday into Friday. Precipitation amounts are
expected to be low, however, a combination of light snow, sleet,
freezing rain and rain will be possible which could result in
difficult travel conditions. The main focus at this time will be
eastern locales. Windy conditions will be possible Thursday and
Friday afternoons with gusts up to 45 mph. Continue to monitor the
forecast for further updates.
