This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
Areas of fog are expected along and east of Highway 83 in northwest
Kansas and southwest Nebraska this evening. Visibilities could fall
as low as one quarter mile at times.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY…
Areas of fog will continue in the eastern portion of the region early
Wednesday morning. Visibilities of one quarter mile or less are
possible at times before conditions improve prior to sunrise.
Wintry precipitation will be possible across portions of the Tri-
State area Thursday evening through Friday afternoon. Precipitation
amounts are expected to be low, however, a combination of snow,
sleet, freezing rain, and rain will be possible which could result
in difficult travel conditions. Windy conditions will be possible
Friday afternoon with gusts up to 45 mph. Continue to monitor the
