 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Light snow and wind gusts typically of 35-45 mph are currently forecast to develop mid evening and continue overnight leading to blowing snow reducing visibility to below one mile at times. Winds this evening may initially lead to some blowing dust reducing visibility and impacting air quality.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  Light snow and blowing snow reducing visibility to one miles forecast to continue through the morning hours Sunday. Any precipitation that falls may refreeze leading to black ice Sunday afternoon and night impacting post holiday travel.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
