Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT…

Light snow will fall across the majority of the Tri-State area this
afternoon. One to two inches of snow accumulation will be possible in
Yuma county Colorado and in Gove and Graham counties in northwest
Kansas. Elsewhere, expect less than one inch of snow accumulation.
Precipitation will end from northwest to southeast late this
afternoon and early this evening. Patchy blowing snow will be
possible for a brief period this afternoon as northerly winds
increase to 25 to 35 mph. Winds will rapidly diminish this evening,
becoming light and variable overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY…

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
