Two to possibly three inches of snow is expected in Graham and parts
of Gove and Sheridan counties by this evening. For all of the Tri-
State Area, visibilities may fall to a mile or so in the falling and
blowing snow during the afternoon, with some localized visibilities
of a half mile. The snow will be east of Graham and Gove counties
before mid evening. In addition to the snow, be prepared for
