Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT…

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from McCook south through
Gove. Additional snowfall accumulation through sunset will be under
one inch. The combination of snow already on the ground, the
potential for additional light snow and northwest winds gusting up to
45 mph may produce some blowing and drifting snow in the advisory
area. Outside of the advisory area northwest winds gusting to 50 mph
will continue through sunset.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY…

Northwest winds gusting 35 to 45 mph are expected through the day
Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotter activation may will not be needed.
