YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Winter Storm Warning is in effect this evening through Wednesday afternoon for Rawlins, Decatur, Norton, Thomas, Sheridan, Graham, Logan and Gove counties in Kansas and Red Willow county in Nebraska.  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect this evening through Wednesday afternoon for the remainder of the area.  Wind chill temperatures as low as 15 degrees below zero are expected across the entire area this evening through Wednesday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A Winter Storm Warning and a Winter Weather Advisory are in effect until sunset Wednesday evening.  Dangerously cold wind chill readings, as low as 15 to 25 below zero, are expected Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Wind chill readings of this magnitude may quickly lead to frostbite and hypothermia in unprotected humans, pets, and livestock, especially during prolonged or repeated exposure.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
