Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…TONIGHT…

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY…

Northwest winds gusting up to 45 mph expected from late Friday
morning through the afternoon generally along and west of the
Colorado Kansas border. This area will also have an elevated fire
danger.

Accumulating snowfall is possible with a system moving east of the
Rockies and across the central High Plains between late Saturday and
early early Monday. The best chance and greatest amounts of snow
will occur through the day on Sunday and into Sunday night. A
widespread area of two to three inches of snow is expected with
localized higher and lower amounts. Stay tuned to your favorite local

the next couple of days.
