Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT…

A band of snow extending from the Kansas/Colorado border east of St.
Francis to Oberlin continues to bring snow to the area. A Winter
Weather Advisory is in effect through 5 p.m. CST for Cheyenne,
Rawlins, and Decatur counties in Kansas. Expect travel impacts along
Highway 36 including additional snow accumulations and reduced
visibilities. Roads and elevated surfaces may become slick.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY…

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Spotter activation may be required. Please send any snowfall or
visibility reports to the National Weather Service.
