A High Wind Warning is in effect for the entire Tri-State area
Saturday. Northwest winds gusting as high as 70 mph are expected.
Locations without snow cover may have some blowing dust producing
reduced visibilities and poor air quality. For areas with snow cover
the very strong winds may produce some blowing and drifting snow
causing some visibility reductions.
