 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Patchy freezing fog will develop Wednesday night through Thursday morning in areas east of Highway 25 in northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska.  Wind chills are expected to approach 15 below zero again beginning Thursday night through Saturday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
