This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TONIGHT... A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace, Logan, Greeley and Wichita counties in Kansas through 5AM MST (6 AM CST). Freezing rain has changed to light snow generally along and west of Highway 27 in northwest Kansas and all of northeast Colorado. Mixed wintry precipitation continues east to Highway 83, but may also change to snow during the overnight hours. Freezing fog is no longer a hazard, but visibility reductions to as low as a mile will occur in the light snow. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY... Ice from mixed precipitation is possible Thursday morning, mainly for areas east of Highway 83. Snow will also be possible for locations along and west of Highway 83.
