YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Elevated fire weather conditions are possible Wednesday afternoon, for areas along/west of Highway 27 and along/south of Interstate 70.  Elevated fire weather conditions are also possible Thursday afternoon, mainly in northeast Colorado, as well as areas along/west of Highway 25 and along/south of Interstate 70 in northwest Kansas.  A low pressure system may bring wintry precipitation to the Tri- State area late Friday and early Saturday. Residents and travelers are encouraged to monitor the forecast as the week progresses.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
