YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Northwest winds gusting 40 to 50 mph are expected during the day Sunday. This may make travel difficult, especially for high profile vehicles and may displace any holiday decorations. Additionally, blowing dust will be possible across the entire Tri-State area with a bit higher chance generally east of Highway 27 and across much of Cheyenne and Kit Carson counties in Colorado. There is low confidence in elevated fire weather conditions developing in the afternoon along a line from Yuma to Burlington and Tribune. Outdoor burning is highly discouraged across the entire area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
