YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Snow cover persists across portions of the area, mainly along and north of Interstate 70. Any snow melt on sidewalks, parking lots and area roads will quickly turn into ice as temperatures fall below freezing after sunset. Drivers are urged to exercise additional caution late this evening into Tuesday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A few hours of near critical fire weather conditions are forecast during the late morning and afternoon hours on Wednesday, mainly in eastern Colorado and adjacent Kansas border counties.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
