 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until sunset this evening for the entire Tri-State area. Wind chill readings tonight fall into the single digits above/below zero.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Sunday morning wind chills range from -8 to 4 degrees. Blowing snow may occur Sunday in gusty northwest winds, resulting in localized reductions to visibility.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report snow accumulations to the National Weather Service in Goodland via social media or telephone.
