YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Northerly wind gusts up to 40 mph may create difficult travel conditions for high profile vehicles in eastern Colorado early this evening, mainly on east/west routes such as Interstate 70, where cross winds will be strongest.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Accumulating snow is likely for most of the area post Thanksgiving. Wind chill readings are forecast to fall below zero during the early morning hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Those with travel plans are encouraged to monitor the forecast as the week progresses.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
