northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT…
There will be a chance for strong thunderstorms to develop along and
west of the Colorado Kansas border late this afternoon into the
evening hours. The primary threats will be wind gusts to 50 mph and
locally heavy rainfall.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY…
Late afternoon and evening thunderstorms will remain possible each
day through Wednesday. A few severe storms cannot be ruled out. There
is a chance for locally heavy rainfall and possibly some flash
flooding late Saturday afternoon through about midnight for the
entire area.
