 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  Near critical fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon as relative humidity drops to less than 20 percent and northwest winds gust 20 to 30 mph.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Elevated fire weather conditions are likely across the entire Tri- State area Friday afternoon.  Elevated fire weather conditions may occur once again on Monday afternoon, mainly in northeast Colorado.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
