 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  Northwest winds gusting up to 30 to 40 mph are still expected across the area this afternoon.  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are expected across the entire Tri-State area this afternoon. The area of greatest concern for near critical fire weather conditions is along the Colorado Kansas border. All outdoor burning should be avoided.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are likely across the entire Tri-State area Thursday afternoon.
