YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  An isolated thunderstorm is possible across the area this afternoon and evening. There is slightly higher confidence in their formation east of Kansas Highway 27 after midnight. At this time, severe weather is not anticipated.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  There will be thunderstorm chances for much of the upcoming week, especially during the afternoon through overnight hours with some severe weather possible. The threat for locally heavy rainfall and potential flash flooding looks to be from Thursday night into Friday night, for those generally along and north of Interstate 70.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
