YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Flood Watch for potential Flash Flooding is in effect for areas along and north of Interstate 70 and along and west of Highway 27. This is in effect from this afternoon through the overnight period.  Isolated severe storms late this afternoon into the evening as storms move in from the Front Range. Damaging winds up to 65 mph and hail as large as golf balls are possible. Locally heavy rainfall is again possible with any storms.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Isolated severe storms are possible Friday across the area. Very large hail and damaging winds are the primary hazards if storms form.
