YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Flood Watch remains for East Central Colorado and portions of Western Kansas through Thursday morning. Most of the area covered by the flood watch has also observed heavy rainfall or flooding over the past week, so these locations are more susceptible to flash flooding.  Isolated severe storms are possible across western portions of Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado this evening as storms move in from the Front Range. A more conditional threat for sporadic instances of severe hail is possible across western Kansas.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Isolated severe storms are possible Friday across the area. Very large hail and damaging winds are the primary hazards if storms form. Continue to keep up with the latest forecast.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation may be required this afternoon. Please report any flooding to local law enforcement or NWS Goodland.
